Bespoke Projects

As well as the traditional roofing styles and conservation building techniques for which we are widely known, The Scantle Roof Company also undertakes unique and individual projects for private clients.

For example: We have built "old" houses in an area of conservation, where no dwellings stood before. We have been responsible for many visionary Barn Conversions and Building Transformations. As well as producing staircases, doors, casement and sliding sash windows, timber panelling, fireplace surrounds and hand made kitchens, our multi- faceted joinery department has also created bespoke Wooden Greenhouses, adding a surprising aesthetic to a normally utilitarian building.
